Practice Experience

Megan R. Brodkey is a Senior Associate with Access International Law Group with over five years of experience representing clients in international and domestic business transactions. She assists companies with commercial transactions, corporate governance, securities matters, and intellectual property matters. Much of Ms. Brodkey’s practice involves international and cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Access International Law Group Ms. Brodkey was an associate in the San Francisco office of the international law firm O’Melveny & Myers, LLP. While at O’Melveny & Myers, Ms. Brodkey’s practice focused on debt financing transactions including merger and acquisition financings, venture capital investments, working-capital lines, and multinational and multi-currency finance transactions. Ms. Brodkey has represented large domestic and international banks, venture funds, and large and small companies in transactions ranging from simple lines of credit, to intricate deals involving loans in excess of a billion dollars and complex workouts involving numerous stakeholders.

Ms. Brodkey has counseled clients in the United States and Europe with respect to legal issues relating to Asia, Australia, North America, Europe and Africa, involving a range of industries, including telecommunications, entertainment, manufacturing and biotechnology.
