Zheng Zhang, based in the Firm’s Beijing Office, has over ten years of experience advising corporate and institutional clients in the United States, China and Hong Kong on a broad range of transactions in the areas of securities offerings, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, private investment in public equity (PIPE) and special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) transactions, and real estate matters. Mr. Zhang has worked both in large international law firms and as in-house counsel to a US hedge fund.. Mr. Zhang has lived in Washington DC, Hong Kong, and Beijing while advising clients on various types of cross-border corporate transactions. He is fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
